1. Who we are

Kivyu ("we", "us", "our") is an AI social media automation service operated by Kivyu Ltd, registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@kivyu.com.

2. What we collect

To deliver the service we collect:

• Account data: name, email, business name, billing details.
• Social platform data: read/write access tokens you grant via OAuth to post on your behalf.
• Brand assets: logos, colours, tone-of-voice notes, sample posts you upload.
• Usage data: which posts we generate, publish and how they perform.

3. How we use it

We use your data only to:

• Generate and publish content to the platforms you connect.
• Show you performance analytics.
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
• Send service emails (weekly digests, alerts about failed posts).

We never sell your data. We never train third-party models on your content.

4. Where it's stored

Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) with backups in EU-WEST-2. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@kivyu.com and we will action it within 30 days.

We use only first-party analytics cookies. No third-party tracking, no ad pixels.
