Terms of Service

1. The service

Kivyu provides AI-generated social media content and automated publishing to platforms you connect. The service is sold as a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup fee.

2. Payment

• £500 one-time setup fee, charged at signup, non-refundable once onboarding is complete.
• £99/month subscription, billed monthly, cancellable any time.
• Payments processed by Stripe. You can manage your card from your dashboard.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kivyu to publish illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this.

5. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
